- Return Shipping (Defective/Damaged): Free — we cover it with a prepaid label
- Return Shipping (Change of Mind): Customer covers the cost

Starting a Return Email support@breezewayfurniture.com with:
- Your name and order number
- Which item you’re returning
- Why you’re returning it (damaged, wrong item, defective, changed your mind, etc.)
Note: we can’t accept returns that weren’t pre-authorized. Once approved, we’ll send the return address and step-by-step instructions.
What Qualifies for a Return
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.
- Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories all need to be included.
Who Pays Return Shipping
Damaged or Defective We’ve got you covered — a prepaid shipping label is on us.
Changed Your Mind Return shipping is on you in this case, and original shipping charges (if any) won’t be refunded.
If There’s a Problem With Your Order
Damaged in Transit Reach out as soon as you notice — we’ll help you sort it out and file a carrier claim if needed.
Wrong or Defective Item Let us know within the 30-day window so we can fix it quickly.
How Refunds Work We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if it’s approved.
If Approved Your refund goes back to the original payment method.
Timing Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, though your bank or card issuer may take a bit longer to show it.
